CATsnip is a non-profit organization — we don’t accept public funds or tax dollars to pay for sterilization surgery. Actually, we haven’t been offered public funds or tax dollars so we might accept them, but for now we depend on donations from cat-loving humans.
If you donate, here’s what you get:
- Every cent will be spent on the cats. Nobody at CATsnip is paid for their work.
- Donate more than $10.00 and we’ll send you a nifty fabric shopping bag with a picture of one of the CATsnip cats and our information. It’s the perfect size for holding lots of kitty treats!
- We promise not to bother you more than twice a year for donations — no monthly mailings, no pitiful begging letters, no horror stories of abuse. Yes, abuse happens. You know it and we know it, but we won’t rub your nose in it. There’s enough bad news in the world already.
- Whether you donate or not, we’ll post photos and stories of your beloved stray and feral cats on our website.
You can help!
If you have feral or stray cats around your home or workplace, we’ll help you livetrap them for surgical sterilization. Pass our information along to friends and relatives who may also be caring for outdoor cats.
